It’s just after 3am and I’m getting ready for my drive back to London. Sadly I need to leave home at around 3.30am in order to miss the heavy traffic within the M25.
First on the agenda today is the senior team meeting, we have a lot to talk about as we have to review the actions arising from last week’s offsite meeting along with a review of our property pipeline.
Other than the senior team meeting Monday lunchtime I will be out and about in some of our stores taking a look at queue times and service standards.
