I am presenting at the Excel centre on Tuesday and will be giving the audience a behind the scene look at the world of Vital, I plan to talk about my first year there, the ups and downs involved in getting the business ready for a sale and then (as far as I can) talking them through the deal itself before finally touching on what we are currently working on as we prepare to open shop number twenty. I’m really looking forward to this as I haven’t presented for a few months, I also get the chance to judge some of the awards. Talking of judging, I will also be taking part of the judging team for this year’s Eat Out awards.
Later on in the week I will be taking part in a round table discussion, the subject being the future of delivery in the food to go market.
Amongst all of this activity we have our monthly board meeting which I need to prepare for as well as the cook off for our new breakfast range.
It’s going to be an exciting week.
