As it’s still early I thought it might be nice to attach a photo of one of our new breakfast pots ahead of the launch of our new breakfast menu. Not only do we have some new signature dishes you will now be able to create your own egg pot as we have made our breakfast menu completely customisable. The trial will go live on the 7th December in three of our stores and it would be something of an understatement to say that everyone at Vital is really exited about the potential of our new range.
As I’ve mentioned previously, January is going to be hugely busy for us, as well as the breakfast range we will have an exciting new range of signature and seasonal salads for you to try as soon as you to return from your Christmas break as well as the reintroduction of our popular guest salad which will change on a monthly basis.
