What makes Vital unique (in my opinion) is that our salads are assembled in front of you and it’s not often that you can watch your product being made whilst you wait. People enjoy looking at the fresh products on our salad decks and choosing exactly what they want. This does mean that unlike some of our rivals you won’t be walking into one of our stores to be faced with a sea of iPads as with our model you pay after you have obtained your food and not before. As to which system is better, well that’s a judgment that I will leave our customers to make.
