Commuting 

I bought this bike shortly before I became ill so it’s spent the first four months of its life sat in our Baker Street office as I was physically unable to ride it. Last night I used it for my commute back to my East London hotel and whilst I trundled along quite slowly I enjoyed the ride home. I’m riding it back to the office this morning as it cannot live in my hotel room which is already quite small.

I also have a physio appointment today as my leg still isn’t 100% but I’m getting there.
