Yesterday was hectic as there was lots going on including last minute preparation for today’s board meeting. I finally managed to leave the office at 7pm having managed to get through everything that I needed to.
I’m shortly heading out to the West End for my final run through of the board pack and checking of my notes prior to us starting at 10am. It’s going to be a longer than usual as we also have to run through our updated business plan.
The day ends with a succession planning meeting with training, operations and HR, we have a fair few things to discuss!
