Autumn seems to have arrived early with the weather becoming noticeably colder. It’s just as well that our Autumn launch will be all about hot food and here at Vital HQ we are really excited about the new dishes we are about to launch.
One thing that everyone in the industry seems to be grappling with is people. London has always been a pretty transient market but over the last year or so people seem to be routinely changing jobs, I’m not sure if it’s the millennial factor or the looming Brexit but it does feel like London caterers are all chasing a declining pool of people. This makes retention a real priority for everyone, if you want people to stay you need to treat them properly……
