Update

Yesterday was a productive day which ended with a manager’s meeting where amongst other things we announced our new operations structure.

Our new hot food menu is going down well in our trial store and is about to be extended to another 5 stores before going live across the business in mid October, we have high hopes that the new range will drive our hot food category and increase overall sales.

As for today, I have a breakfast meeting to attend before heading off for a mixture of one to ones and site visits
