It’s almost the end of an eventful week. Friday is a busy day for me as we have our start of week operations meeting, which takes up half the day, this may seem unduly long but each function gets a slot in the meeting to talk about what they would like the operations team to focus on for the coming week. We take the opportunity to have a look back at the previous week but more importantly to look forward at the coming week and make plans.
I’m on the 3:45 train home so I have a few hours admin work to get through before I arrive
