End of the week

I’m nursing a heavy cold which is just plain irritating.

Having said that it’s been a productive week which has seen two more internal candidates become shop managers. This makes a grand total of 14 people who have made it from team member to general manager in the two and a half years that I have been with Vital, that may not sound a lot but we only have 20 shops.

I’m looking forward to having dinner with my family and a relaxing weekend
