A slightly later start for me this morning as it’s going to be quite a late finish. I have two pretty important meetings attend today, the first of these being the monthly food strategy meeting. Our food plan for next year is pretty much locked down and we are beavering away on the April launch now, however there are a few tweaks which we would like to make.
We are also busy finalising budgets and growth plans for next year and there are a number of exciting avenues available to us which we are currently busy exploring.
At the moment my focus remains on operations and I’m really pleased at the work our new operations team have undertaken in recent weeks, there is certainly a new buzz and sense of optimism around the business which is great to see. This is of course is also due to our outgoing head of operations who did a great job during a very difficult time for the business.
