I’ve reached the stage of my life and career where after 30 years experience (the last 10 of which were spent at board level) it’s time for me to give something back
I did some work with Springboard a few years ago as a member of their fund raising committee as well as undertaking a charity walk for them and I am itching to get involved with a charity who will benefit from my years of experience and the many connections which I have in the industry. I’ve started looking and will blog about what turns up.
I also see it as a great way of developing my non executive skills so it will hopefully be a win/win arrangement
