I was due to take most of this week off as I haven’t had a proper break for ages but it hasn’t quite worked out like that. I spent Monday with the team at Change Please as we launched a new coffee van at UCL, I also have the outline of a plan for the coming months which I am waiting for the board to comment on. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting with a really interesting and inspiring entrepreneur, I enjoyed hearing about his plans and how I might be able to help him with those plans. It’s early days for this project but I am really excited about the potential.
Today is day of catching up with emails and planning before heading down to London tomorrow where I will be packing in several meetings with the team from Change Please, a meeting with someone working with the homeless, a meeting with an agency and then spending the evening at a Directors club dinner. I also plan to visit some locations on the back of yesterday’s meeting in order to bring our meeting to life and then on Friday I will be out and about undertaking more store visits in the Midlands.
Not exactly restful but pretty exciting .
