I’m driving down to London to do a couple of days on my latest project. This involves looking an established and successful brand and evolving it into something that can be franchised. We have made quite rapid progress so far and have a couple of days worth of meetings where, along with various suppliers we will look to make a few tweaks to the offer.
On Wednesday I have a kick off meeting with a new Wrapchic franchisee in Guildford before driving back to the midlands for a meeting with the finance manager.
That’s a pretty packed first half of the week!
I also need to fit in catch ups with my other projects and admin.
