After a very busy festive period I’m heading back to for work for the next 4 days before heading home on New Years Day. There is a lot to do s I have reached the end of my settling in period and an am now busy implementing some of the changes that I have decided to make. I have also been busy preparing a budget for the next 15 months and am waiting for detailed feedback on it before writing a cash flow and business plan which will be presented to the chairman and the rest of the board at some point in January.
