I’ve work for 2 weeks without a break and to be honest I’m feeling it! Still it’s been a hugely productive two weeks, my trip to India went well and my business plan was well received (by “well received” I mean that no one laughed during my presentation) and forged some good links with the team there.
Back in the UK, the team are doing a good job and we are seeing some improvements in our sales performance and the way the team place their product orders has also improved. We have brought in new members of the team who will add real value and the working environment itself is becoming far more positive
Lots still to do but I’m feeling hopeful
