It’s been a long but interesting day, I met one of our area managers who has been with the business for nine years and then met the teams in Rushden and Cambridge. Given what everyone has been through recently it was great to see such happy and engaged teams.
Today gave me an insight into all the things which we are doing right but also things which we need to change, more on this later.
I’m now in a Hilton Hotel by Birmingham airport about to head off and have dinner with the senior team.
