I’ve managed to get onto two trains with technical issues so it’s take me 90 minutes to get as far as platform 7 on New Street station….
Despite this minor hiccup I’m enjoying getting out and about as I am learning a lot about the business. At the moment we have a number of competing priorities to consider but high on my list is simplifying the business, be it number of SKUs, menus and formats as they appear to have proliferated.
