Keeping Busy

I spent the morning in our local Starbucks dealing with emails and updating the business plan to conclude the feedback from last week. The key now is to prioritize projects and ensure that we have a structure in place to move things forward. The key is to sustain the mood of optimism which we are seeing across the business and to make improvements to how we operate.
