Hot drinks are a huge part of our sales mix and we have been taking steps to raise our game. We have just taken on a coffee trainer and have been busy getting our machines up to the required standard. We have a lot of work to do to create a coffee culture within the business buts it’s a road that I have been down before so I am confident that we can make a difference quite quickly.
Today, I’m spending part of my day with a coffee roaster trying out different blends before heading home to get the conference slide deck in decent shape
