It’s been a long week. The visit to the coffee roasters was informative and has allowed us to begin to formulate a hot drink strategy.
Our first conference is only days away and we are close to finishing our slide deck. I have some work to do to gather my thoughts and create the outline of what I would like to say and the message that I want our people to take away with them.
I’m looking forward to the opportunity to articulate our strategy to our general managers and head office team as I am a strong believer in attempting to make people feel part of something bigger and to understand the important part they will be playing in our future success
