I’m on the south coast this morning and will soon be heading North. Yesterday’s visits were a bit of a mixed bag and confirmed to me that we still have work to do in several areas.
As I carry out my visits I’m focusing on standards, quality of product and our managers understanding of what they are supposed to be currently focusing on.
I had a great meeting on Friday with our new head of NPD and as soon as she starts we plan to make a serious effort to upgrade several parts of our menu.
