I’m heading down to Reading to start work on our new menu. A group of us are spending the day with one of our suppliers in their development kitchen as we start to shape the direction that we want to take our food offer. Our current menu was a step forward over what came before and our plan is to build on what is working well.
We also have an NPD resource in the business and I’m really excited to be working with her as the new menu will greatly benefit from her expertise
