I’m still in Scotland and having spent a day with our new operations manager I’m optimistic about the level of opportunity which we have in both Glasgow and Edinburgh. We have some great people working for us and some well located shops so have plenty of reasons to be cheerful.
We have also done further work on the October menu which looks to build on the last menu. We also have a few changes coming ahead of this launch
