Sorry for the lack of updates but the last few dates have been busy. We had a really productive board meeting on Wednesday which included sampling lots of wonderful new cakes. On Tuesday we had a food sampling session which went really well, we went through potential hot dishes as well as looking at pastries.
I traveled down to London on Wednesday evening and spent yesterday discussing our new menu, getting an update on our property negotiations and the. Spent quite a lot of time talking about progress on our training.
It was a long day that didn’t finish until 8.30pm!
