It’s been a long but exciting week, a week where I have had almost no time to think as it’s been head down and full speed ahead on new products plus the first week of our new stock control system being in place.
Yesterday was an enjoyable day out with one of our operations managers, they were full of passion and we saw some good stores. I had the opportunity to check out the standard of some of our training and I came away a little disappointing with the level of knowledge on display. I’m not expecting miracles from managers who a few months ago did not even see weekly numbers and yesterday confirmed that there remains a lot of work to do.
Yesterday’s United game was pretty average but there was something special about attending the game with my son.
