One of the challenges of this business is getting our cake orders right. Our stores have quite large display areas and whilst we are working to reduce the amount of refrigerated displays in our stores at the moment we are where we are so the store managers (and their operations managers) really need to focus on undertaking what sells in their stores and ensuring that we have enough product to satisfy our customers needs. This is tricky but not impossible and I plan to devote some time over the coming week to understand what we can do to better support them.
