I’m working over the weekend so today is more like the mid point of my “week” as opposed to the end of it. I will be out and about in our shops over the weekend and I’m looking forward to surprising and delighting our store managers by walking into their stores unannounced – obviously that last sentence contains a fair degree of irony!
I really enjoy getting out and about and try to do my best to ensure that it’s not too much of an ordeal for the store managers
