Yesterday was a great day, we sent the menu off to print, worked out the layout for our internal fridges and after a few weeks it looks like our shops have got their heads around our new stock control process. It’s really satisfying to have such a good day and whilst Ilife isn’t exactly plain sailing in the world of Pat Val I’m going to savour the moment!
Today is all about getting the board report finalised plus dealing with various bits of admin that are outstanding as well as one to ones with key members of my team
