Yesterday was a bit of a strange day as we came out of the half term and everyone starts to think about Christmas. It was a productive day with lots of things seemingly going on at the same time. In my job I seem to find myself spinning a lot of plates and it requires a certain amount of focus to ensure that I don’t get caught up in too much detail whist at the same time ensuring that I am appropriately informed as to what’s going on.
Our Xmas range is ready to go and we have started work on our next menu as want to make the next launch a little less fraught.
