On the Road

My road trip continues……

I’m in Edinburgh today and looking forward to spending some more time with the operations manager for the area and seeing some of our teams in action. We are expecting a busy day and I’m pretty sure that our teams are well prepared and raring to go. We have brought some new managers into the business and it’s been fantastic to see the difference that they have made.

I posted about basics yesterday and that’s something which we will be working on in the new year, simple service standards which will enhance our customers experience.
