We launch our new range if cakes later this month, they will be something of a departure from what has gone on before and hopefully our customers will find them appealing. We are also about to start hand finishing some of our patisserie in stores, again this is quite a bit of a departure from old Pat Val and we think it will provide our customers with an altogether more appealing and authentic product.
