I be lost count of the number of hotels that I have stayed in during my travels recently but it’s a lot! I’m quite well organised and have everything that I need packed and ready and because I tend to drive to most places I’m not dragging luggage around with me.
This week is all about new menus, competition analysis and working on our worst performing stores before I complete some one to ones on Friday.
