After a mildly frustrating day yesterday I’m up early for a drive to London and an 8am meeting with a new client. I’m helping them grow their business from 2 units to four and then potentially helping them acquire franchisees. One of my other clients has scaled back the number of days which I was working for them so this has enabled me to take on this client and one other and still leave me with time for other projects.
