After a long but productive day in the midlands I am leaving my hotel and about to drive down to London to meet a client and view a potential location with them. We then have a one to one planned before I hit the road and head north.
It’s been an eventful week. I have been putting the finishing touches to a fund raising pitch which will take place within the next couple of weeks. Concluded one successful landlord negotiation and been awarded some further work doing another negotiation. I have secured three heads of terms for separate clients and accepted some work fundraising for another client
It’s a mixed and varied collection of work but to be honest, I am enjoying the variety.
