I had a great meeting with one of my clients as we mapped out a strategy which will take them to franchising their business next autumn. I think that they have a fantastic brand which will really do well.
I had a couple of calls with potential new clients. One of the two has now confirmed that I will be helping them make an acquisition within their sector.
The potential client has a really interesting project in the South West. It’s early days with this but I’m hopeful that this will develop into some work.
Finally, having done a days strategy work with another potential client, they confirmed today that they want to go ahead with our plan so I will be setting things in motion next week
