Yesterday saw one of my clients complete a virtual handshake on a deal. We are now into the legal process as an SPA is drawn up and some light touch due diligence is carried out.
Today is going to be a quite a varied day, I have a board meeting with the ChefShare team which is celebrating a recent collaboration with a senior recruiter which I believe will compliment both businesses.
I also have a session with another client to review their business plan as we are close to wrapping up a friends and family fund raising round and look to move his business forward.
I’m also going to be touching base with a client who GJC is raising funds for ahead of a meeting where we finalise our offer and take the business to market. I love working with founders of small businesses as you get to add some real value as you help them realise their ambitions
