The first of the acquisitions that I have been working on now appears to be on the home stretch. After a number of twists and turns (which is not unusual for this type of deal) things look to be back on track and I am hopeful that we can move to an SPA shortly. Things can still go awry so I am not counting any chickens!
Should the deal go through then I will be taking up a board advisory role with the business which I will enjoy.
It was lovely to see a testimonial from one of my clients yesterday. I have been with Chef Share for close on 6 months and I feel that I have helped the founder stead a business that had really suffered during the lockdown. It’s now a business which is holding its own and which will be expanding in the coming months.
