Franchising

I am working with a couple of clients to get the them ready to franchise their brands. This is quite an involved process as you are having to create a franchise “system“ which acts as a framework of support. This involves everything from creating a robust training framework, to creating a marketing tool kit. I don’t do all of this work myself but I do have a really good team of people around me that support me on this project. I have also being doing some work with a number of fantastic design teams and I do need to give a shout out to Harrisons who have stepped in at a relatively late stage to support one of my clients and who have done a fantastic job.
