It’s 4.20 and it’s still dark outside. I’m heading down to London for a client meeting at the start of what is going to be a pretty intense few days. I start in Ilford with a client meeting, this project is all about getting a client “franchise ready” and is one of two such projects that I am currently involved in. I then have an afternoon of zoom calls and admin work ahead of spending tomorrow with the Change Please team. My business plan has been sent through to them and depending on what happens today, this plan will be put into action quite soon.
I’m spending Thursday and Friday in Plymouth as I have board meetings to attend along with a series of one to ones.
It’s going to be an exciting week for all sorts of reasons!
