I’ve been down in London most of the week spending time with the change please team. This project has made some good progress and we now have HR and training proposals to consider and have done some good work on our hot drinks menu. I’m also speaking to suppliers with regards to our proposed food offer.
In terms of my other clients, Goodery are doing quite well and we have established a nice working pattern with the operations team making some really good progress.
I’m with the Saylalala team tomorrow as we settle in our new operations manager. Our focus is still on bringing onboard new restaurants but we also have some work to do to get the team into shape
My other clients all have various challenges to deal with at the moment and I will be writing more about these challenges in the coming days
