I spent a lot of my time out in units last week and did a fair bit of travelling so I have had a fair bit of catching up to do. This has occupied a chunk of the weekend which is fine as I start next week in a good place.
My priority at the moment is settling everyone down and getting them to focus on the day job, this won’t be easy but I have been impressed by everyone’s willingness to just get on with things.
Also on next week’s agenda will be meeting with some suppliers plus working with our property guy to secure leases
