I’m busy working on my latest project which is pretty much all consuming as there are huge amounts to do. For the moment we are busy talking to landlords to secure leases and set up arrangements for any arrears. At the same time we are putting together a look forward cash flow to understand the cash needs for the business for the coming year, this is something we will need to take back to the new owners and discuss at some point next week.
Other than that, my main priority is to keep the business in a stead state and have everyone focused on their day job which won’t be easy but needs to be done.
Alongside all of this, I’m busy planning for the future and getting ready to make recommendations to the new owners as to what the future should hold for the business.
