After a very busy week I am taking a little time to reflect on all that has happened since I took on this interim role and consult my business plan to assess if I am on track or not. We have moved at pace, reaching out to suppliers and landlords as we look to put the business into a “steady state” whilst the owners consider their next steps.
I am also dealing with admin and clearing down emails ahead of site visits to Reading and Oxford, my day is punctuated by a number of zoom calls so I am expecting to be home quite late.
