It’s been an eventful few weeks which I have enjoyed immensely. I’m working with a great team of people here at AMT all of who have had a tough time. What I’m most excited about is the amount of progress we have made in such a short time. The team have done some great work on potentially upgrading the food offer and have made some real progress with suppliers.

The HR team are busy looking at how we can take more of what they do and put it online thus making their jobs much simpler.

The plan is to become a living wage employer which I believe will be an important step forward for the business

Finally, we have made a great start with our landlords and are busy looking at how we might do our kiosks differently
