I am year older (too old) and hopefully a year wiser. So how am I celebrating my birthday? Sat at my desk putting the finishing touches to the business plan which the team has prepared for AMTs new owners. This will take up a chunk of my day and the rest if the time will be spent sorting out some overdue admin and preparing for next week.
