I’m heading South today as I need to be in the office for the next couple of days. It not going to be a hugely fast journey down as I have a meeting with my head of finance to review our model and cash flow before an 11am meeting to review progress on landlord negotiations. Alongside all of this I have emails and calls to catch up with.
The plan for the coming weeks is to make progress with the systems upgrade that I have been planning and also begin to understand the costs of refurbishing the estate alongside the timelines for the various unit refurbishments.
