It was interesting getting out and about yesterday. I spent a part of the day with one of my area managers and we visited Marylebone, St Thomas’s hospital and Guys hospital. I have some opportunities to spend some quality time with a couple of our assistant managers and we also agreed a few tweaks to the main unit within St Thomas’s which should improve things, both for the staff and our customers.
I’m down in London all week spending time with various department heads as we look to drive the business forward.our focus this week will be on preparing for our autumn product launch and reviewing the number of products which we sell across the business. We also want specific types of units selling a range of products tailored specifically to the type of customer that might visit these units.
