This is turn around project number five so it’s safe to say that I have learnt a few things along the way. First off is that in any project such as this, time is not your friend. There are usually a number of reasons what a business finds itself in a tough spot then those reasons need to be quickly understood and dealt with in a sustainable manner. This is something that the team has been busy working on for the last month and I’m really pleased with the progress made in areas such as training, food and unit design.
I for one don’t underestimate the amount of work that needs to be done and having a team of people all pulling in the same direction certainly makes the task a lot easier.
In terms of today. I have a day full of zoom calls as I have a number of meetings to attend.
