A new dawn

There is a lot happening in the world of AMT and I’m really excited about the possibilities going forward.

For the moment, my focus is very much on the here and now. We are close to launching a new range of pastries ahead of a more comprehensive product launch in Autumn. We are also busy dismantling the current warehousing and logistics operation and switching to a larger supply which will reduce costs and complexity.

We are also looking at our stock and ordering system and deciding if we should upgrade it to a new version with improved functionality.

Finally, it’s fantastic to be working in an environment where I am given autonomy and allowed to get on and do what is required. This hasn’t always been the case in the past.
